In 2011, Mr. Bartolacci joined Modern Transportation as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Modern, Mr. Bartolacci served as CFO for a conglomerate of service companies and President of an environmental engineering consulting firm. In his current role, Mr. Bartolacci’s team is responsible for Modern’s financial controls and reporting, as well as information technology. With a proven track record of financial leadership, he has architected and executed robust capital management frameworks that have enabled the company's expansion into six countries. 

Ramon Suazo leads Bengur Bryan's Transportation and Logistics Investment Banking Group, bringing more than 25 years of senior advisory experience. Mr. Suazo’s  career began at Lehman Brothers' Global M&A Division and has since encompassed leadership roles at HSBC Corporate Investment Banking and Markets — where he served as Head of Surface Transportation — as well as a founding role in the Transportation and Logistics Investment Banking Group at Stifel and served as a Managing Director at the Clarendon Group. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr.

Geoff Stephany has been with Old Dominion Freight Lines for 25 years; with 23 years in the Security realm, 10 overseeing Cargo Claims and then adding central over, short, and damage in 2023. Geoff graduated from Canisius College in 1991 with a BS in Athletic Training and Biology and from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1998 with a BS in Information Systems and Operations Management.

Boyd Goodner is a Senior Manager at Vertilocity, where he develops new business opportunities and manages client relationships within the ERP space. He focuses on cloud-based business software that supports financial, HR, and operational workflows.

Boyd has more than 15 years of experience in software sales and technology consulting for small to mid-sized businesses. His focus on cloud ERP systems has helped clients streamline accounting, planning, payroll, and workforce management. He is a former college baseball player and two-time SEC Academic All-American.

J.D.
