With more than 15 years of experience in global tax operations and technology, including three years in Hong Kong, Mark focuses on tax assessments, operational improvements, and end-to-end transformations across all areas of taxation. His expertise includes tax transformation, finance optimization, and technology-driven solutions for corporate tax functions.
Robert focuses his practice in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, sensitive corporate investigations, regulatory compliance, and business litigation. A former federal and state prosecutor, Robert leverages his extensive government experience and relationships to the benefit of his clients.
Cornell Heldenbrand serves as Director of Security, at J. B. Hunt Transport Inc.. Cornell has worked for J. B. Hunt for the last 18 years. He has been in the Director of Security position for the last two years, previously managing the Investigations and Asset Protection departments. Also, Cornell spent 10 years as our IT Security Engineer.

A litigator by trade, he regularly consults with clients regarding contracting practices and operating procedures, helps them navigate the changing regulatory landscape, manages internal investigations and advises on best supply-chain practices. Marc also provides strategic and business counsel to help clients minimize liability and just as importantly, position their businesses for growth.
Will Payson has spent 30 years applying advanced analytics to transportation networks. His work has generated over $1 billion in annual operating profit improvement through improved pricing, network design, and data-driven decision making.
He is the founder and CEO of Truckmentum, a platform bringing Moneyball-style analytics to truckload carriers—helping them make smarter freight decisions and price RFPs with greater precision. His career goal is to be the “Bill James" of Moneyball for Trucking.
Luis Guzman joined PGT Trucking in 2004, holding several positions in Finance during his tenure. Guzman is a graduate of Robert Morris University, earning his MBA in 2009. A native of Ecuador, Guzman moved to the United States in 2000 and became a U.S. citizen in 2016. Guzman leads PGT’s financial management, overseeing our Accounting, Billing, Collections and Payroll+ Departments and closely working with our staff in Colombia. Guzman also helps maintain our partnerships with select vendors and Integrated Fleet Owners, contributing to the expansion of PGT.
