Michael De Prima

Michael leads CLA's Federal Tax Strategies group. He provides specialized tax services for clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, software, architecture and engineering, and life sciences. His primary areas of focus are research tax credits, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing incentives, and fixed assets. He also works with clients to capture and support various state-level credits and incentives.

Stacey Sunderland has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Stacey began their career as an Audit Staff at Deloitte & Touche in 1995 and later moved on to Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior. In 1999, they returned to Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Manager, where they served clients in various aspects of assurance and provided consultation on complex accounting issues.

Edgar began their career as Managing Partner at Bailey, Williams, McGonigal & Knowles where they held numerous responsibilities, including tax planning and preparation, consulting on business acquisitions and divestitures, and general business planning and consulting. Edgar also oversaw the computerization of the firm's accounting practice.

As Principal in Charge at Ryan’s Overland Park office, Bob specializes in multijurisdictional and federal fuels and excise tax recovery and audit consulting, serving clients across a wide range of industries. His expertise spans both the United States and Canada, with a strong focus on fuel and excise tax recovery strategies.

Dennis Dellinger

Dennis joined Cargo Transporters in April of 1986 as a Driver Supervisor.  Through the years, personal and company growth allowed Dennis the opportunity to serve in the capacity of General Manager, VP of Operations, and Vice President of Cargo Transporters.  In February 2004, Dennis was named President of Cargo Transporters.  In 2019 he was named President and CEO, where he continues to serve in that capacity.
