He is the founder and CEO of Truckmentum, a platform bringing Moneyball-style analytics to truckload carriers—helping them make smarter freight decisions and price RFPs with greater precision. His career goal is to be the “Bill James" of Moneyball for Trucking.

Luis Guzman joined PGT Trucking in 2004, holding several positions in Finance during his tenure. Guzman is a graduate of Robert Morris University, earning his MBA in 2009. A native of Ecuador, Guzman moved to the United States in 2000 and became a U.S. citizen in 2016. Guzman leads PGT’s financial management, overseeing our Accounting, Billing, Collections and Payroll+ Departments and closely working with our staff in Colombia. Guzman also helps maintain our partnerships with select vendors and Integrated Fleet Owners, contributing to the expansion of PGT.
