Scott Cornell, National Practice Transportation Lead, Travelers Inland Marine, has been in the insurance industry for 21 years with Travelers and is currently leading the Cargo/Transportation division. Prior to his current role, he conducted investigations for 25 years, specializing in cargo theft and transportation, internal theft, embezzlement and corporate investigations and is a nationally recognized expert in the cargo theft field.

Randy Hooper is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Business Advisory Group. Randy helps businesses and their owners navigate complex federal and multistate tax matters to optimize their tax position and comply with reporting requirements. He also proactively advises clients on a variety of exit strategies to help them thoughtfully plan for the future.

Within her 17 years in the transportation industry, Pam has held various leadership positions and defended truck accident and cargo claims in various stages of pre-litigation and litigation. Pam began her transportation career by moving in-house with U.S. Xpress, Inc. to oversee a team of commercial auto liability, cargo, and subrogation claims examiners, and a crisis response call center.

Tim joined Forvis Mazars in 2005 and provides financial reporting and assurance services as well as consulting on complex business transactions and internal controls and has experience with full and partial employee stock ownership plan structures. He currently serves as leader of Forvis Mazars’’ transportation and logistics team and as industry leader for the Commercial Products group of the Southern Missouri practice unit with offices in Springfield, Joplin, and Branson, Missouri.

Juli D. Dorrough, CPA, is Vice President of Tax at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc.  Ms. Dorrough has over 30 years of experience in many areas of tax compliance and audit management, including state and federal corporate income tax, sales/use tax, property tax, state excise taxes, federal/state payroll taxes and equity compensation.  Prior to joining J.B.
