Prior to becoming a Certified Scaling Up Coach, Tim served as the Partner-in-Charge of the Transportation Services Group of Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP, (KSM). KSM is a nationally recognized Top 50 CPA firm and the largest and most experienced accounting and consulting firm in the country serving transportation companies. During Tim's career at KSM, he was instrumental in establishing KSM's transportation consulting affiliate, KSM Transport Advisors, and in 2000, co-founded the Scoplelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary Transportation Owners’ Roundtable. Tim uses the Scaling Up performance platform to help transportation companies implement a process to help them grow and transform their companies by focusing on four critical areas: people, strategy, execution, and cash. The Scaling UP performance platform follows the growth concepts introduced in Vern Harnish's best-selling business book, “Scaling Up”. Coaches are trained in the 4 Decisions and Rockefeller Habits, both tools proven to accelerate growth in mid-market companies Tim serves on the board of directors of the Truckload Carriers Association and the Kentucky Trucking Association and has been actively involved in multiple national and state trucking associations for over thirty years. Tim also currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Catholic Youth Organization of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Tim and his wife have three sons and reside in Westfield, Indiana.
