Matt McLelland is the VP of Sustainability and Innovation for Covenant Logistics, a premium service provider of transportation services with focus on temperature-controlled products, regional, and long-haul delivery. McLelland is responsible for leading all sustainability, CSR, and ESG initiatives while also retaining all prior responsibilities as Innovation Strategist. His focuses include researching current industry trends, emerging technologies, and meeting with new startups in the logistics industry and evaluating their applicability to Covenant’s strategy of providing more affordable, safer delivery of products to our customers. McLelland regularly speaks at different national and regional events on supply chain trends and innovation. When not at work, you can find him driving across remote parts of Colorado and Wyoming in his converted adventure van.
