PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
Kyle is a principal and an advisor in the Self-Funded Practice for TrueNorth Companies, L.C. He is also the
Managing Partner of Captive Paradigm Group. His responsibilities include overseeing the strategic consulting of several self-funded teams that work within the region. Additionally, Kyle oversees Captive Insurance opportunities, where he focuses on human capital risk exposures, providing consultation from feasibility through implementation.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
From 2001 - 2011, Kyle served as Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Kyle joined TrueNorth in 2012 after obtaining his Masters of Accountancy and Masters of Operations/Project Management. His primary responsibilities were focused on mergers and acquisitions due diligence and project implementation. In 2014, he began managing TrueNorth’s self-funded analytics team as well as starting his consulting career. Kyle’s passion is to create platforms that provide the best outcomes for self funded employers and their employees through comprehensive data integration, connected care path support and advocacy.
EDUCATION
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degrees in operations/project management and accounting from New Hampshire University.
