Jolanda Prozzi
Program Manager: Environment and Planning at Texas A&M Transportation Institute

Jolanda Prozzi is the Division Head of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute’s (TTI) Multi-modal Planning and Environment Division and the Manager of the Environment and Planning Program. She has more than 25 years of professional and research experience in the areas of freight transportation planning, policy, and economics. She was the Freight Lead of TTI’s legislatively funded Transportation Policy Research Center. Jolanda came to TTI in 2012. Prior to joining TTI, Jolanda was the Assistant Director at the Center for Transportation Research (CTR) at the University of Texas at Austin, a Transportation Analyst at Cambridge Systematics, Inc., a Consultant Transportation Economist at the World Bank, and a Project Leader at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) (in South Africa). Ms. Prozzi has been the primary and contributing author of over 100 publications and has made numerous presentations of her work in both conference and academic settings.
