Change & Cancellation Policy
ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
CHANGES: The deadline for change requests is May 23, 2025. Changes include substitutions and transfers. Beginning June 2, change requests will be accepted on-site at the NAFC Registration Desk.
CANCELLATIONS: The deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person cancellation fee is May 7, 2025.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after May 7.

All persons entering the exhibit hall, business sessions and social events must be 18 years of age or older and registered for ATA's NAFC Annual Conference & Exhibition. We thank you for your cooperation.
