Become a member of ATA's National Accounting & Finance Council (NAFC) and receive the member discount on your event registration. NAFC creates value for its members through education, research, professional interaction and technical assistance regarding finance, accounting, tax, and risk management issues impacting the trucking industry. The Council also conducts surveys and develops industry best practices where appropriate. Fleet members include chief financial officers, tax, accounting, and risk management professionals. Supplier members include industry providers of tax, finance, accounting, insurance and legal services. NAFC meetings offer CPE credits required by tax and accounting professionals.

Email/Fax: Emailed and faxed registrations must include payment information and require 4 business to process. Allow 4 business days processing time before following up on all email/fax requests.

Mail: Mailed registrations require 4 business days to process (once received) and must include payment.

Registration Name Change, Substitution & Cancellation Policy

ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Send all written notifications to
CHANGES: Friday, June 2, is the deadline for name change and substitution requests. Beginning June 5, change requests can be requested on-site at the NAFC Registration Desk. 
CANCELLATIONS: Friday, May 12, is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee. 

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations postmarked after Friday, May 12.
