Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration Information
NAFC registration is only available online.
See the NAFC Partner Prospectus for the number of discounted sponsor and exhibit registration allotments. Exhibitor and Sponsor registrations include the same access as a full conference registration.
**Verify your booth is listed on the Exhibit Floor Plan.
**Online registrations that exceed the booth allotment will be CANCELLED. Registrations in excess of the exhibit booth or sponsorship need to be full conference registrations. Visit the Register page for Full Conference registration pricing.
Exhibitor online registration promotion code – when you reach the Review & Payment screen of your cart, type “EXHFR” in all caps/no spaces in the Promotion code field and apply. This will reduce the registration rate to $0.
Sponsor online registration promotion code – when you reach the Review & Payment screen of your cart, type “SPNSR” in all caps/no spaces in the Promotion code field and apply. This will reduce the registration rate to $0.

The ATA discounted rate is $269 per night (single/double occupancy). Nightly rate does not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice.
- Can’t find your confirmation email? Email Registrations@trucking.org to request a copy of your confirmation email. Check your spam filter and add Meeting_Confirmation@trucking.org and donotreply@trucking.org to your safe senders list.

Exhibitor & Sponsor - Change & Cancellation Policy
ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification. Changes include substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
Changes: Friday, May 23 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning on June 2, changes will be accepted on-site at the Registration Desk.
Cancellations: Wednesday, May 7 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person cancellation fee.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after May 7.
