Tim O’Neil is an award-winning human resources executive with 20 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining TrueNorth, O’Neil led the global benefits and wellness strategy for Meredith Corporation, serving as their benefits lead on three billion-dollar merger and acquisition transactions. O’Neil also has experience managing international health, welfare, and retirement plans.
Tim holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. He received his bachelor’s degree in health promotion from Central College.
Tim is a ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
